SC Unemployment Rate Drops 2017
SC Unemployment Rate Drops to 4.3 percent, reaching numbers not seen in almost 20 years.
According to the Department of Employment and Workforce almost 2.5 million are working and a dropping 99,000 people are still looking for work.
Lexington County came in at the lowest unemployment rate at 3.3 percent. Marion County at the highest at a rising 7.6 percent.
