A woman’s body was found in her car 3 days after it is towed in North Charleston, SC.
The declared abandon car was towed from an apartment complex.
The car was identified on TV by the manager of the apartment complex, due to the personalized license plate.
The police searched the car and found the body of 23 year old Kelly Kenney, who had been missing almost a week inside of the car.
