Camden, SC – Kershaw County Sources have revealed, although not proven, that Kershaw County plans to hike up the $150 perk test to $1500! Based on the resources SC DHEC plans to completely outsource the testing to an independent company. The plan is said to go into effect sometime in May of 2019.
